Chances to get into U Of Michigan – Ann Arbor or MSU?

First of all I’m in-state. I have a 3.55 GPA, I goofed off in freshmen and sophomore year, but have gotten over 3.9 in the last 3 semesters. I have taking 10th grade Math, while still in 8th grade, 4 out 2000 kids at school have done that. By the end of senior year I should have taken 8 AP classes, 9 Honor classes, 6 College classes. I have a low ACT a 23, but retaking and hoping for 25-29. I’m currently participating in Key Club, Islamic Club, and the Social Studies Club. I might consider The National Honor Society. I have a few community service hours around 50, but signed up to take a 4 day trip to help people in need which count for 150 hours in Feb.

So, what do you think my chances are at U of M or MSU?

What would you recommend I do to increase my chances?
